1.Preparation and realization of a web-conference, where the partners will present the
elements that constitute the working groups of each school (in each school there will be a
teacher responsible for the budget management, others by evaluation and dissemination).
2. Selection of the groups of students for participating in the project, will be provided
(including different abilities, age, low motivation, refugees).
At IES LA OLIVA all the students at high school are taking part in our project thank to the activities which are organised at our high school. Then, amomg those students, there are rules which must be followed by those students whi want to take part on the mobilities. Due to COVID_!) situation, the rules are changed according to the health situation and the recommendatins of the Coordinators of the country of the mobility.

3. Preparations for the mobility in Spain. “I am not what you see": English classes, cultural
preparation.
The Spanish team has been preparing the mobility in our country. Students have prepared the presentations for the Welcome Ceremony and we have been getting ready our ERASMUS+ CHILL OUT AREA.
4. Students will prepare a session for the school communities about healthy food.They will prepare presentations about typical food of the region with special focus to Christmas dishes.
HEALTHY FOOD WORKSHOP
A healthy life begins with having healthy habits in all aspects of our daily life but above all those related to eating habits. That is why in this workshop the importance of eating fruit and vegetables was explained to the students by other students. Its benefits for our body are innumerable and, they are the best allies to prevent diseases. Rich in vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, etc., they help us protect the heart, they have a lot of fiber, it is satiating,.They are often suitable for diabetes, they regulate the intestine, they activate the brain. They also help us lose weight, eliminate toxins, can help us fight anxiety, stress and insomnia, favor the immune system and improve blood circulation.
In this workshop, the importance of consuming fruits and vegetables at least 5 times a day was emphasized and the students were also encouraged to consume local products, thus also helping agriculture in the area.
