Our ERASMUS + FIT4THOUGHT project has organised activities to celebrate the HEALTHY MONTH during April. The aim is to encourage and give information and tools to students and teachers to lead a healthy life physically and mentally. As it is not enough to eat a healthy diet, in these activities sports are very present and fight sedentary lifestyles. During this month sports activities were carried out with our TRADITIONAL CANARIAN SPORTS.
